Early in her career, Katherine worked in administration and human resources. In June 2003, she started her own private practice.

Katherine played a vital role in helping Attila start his business in September 2003. She provided important support for the company’s growth, offering business, human resources, and administrative consultancy services. She is skilled at managing many responsibilities, including running her own business, pursuing further education, taking care of family, and recently, writing her first book and card set and embarking on a Master’s program.

Over the years, Katherine has provided various business, human resource and administrative services. Early on, she helped Adeco identify target markets and write introductory letters to the industry. Her work led to Adeco receiving requests for quotations exceeding $1.3 million within six months of inception, showing Katherine’s strategic skills. Her efforts also helped secure contracts, build repeat clientele, and establish professional networks.

Katherine continues to support Adeco as needed, particularly in business operations and administration.
