Since encouraging the establishment of Adeco in 2003, Katherine has provided consultancy services on an as needs basis; across a wide array of business, human resources, and administrative functions Her support encompasses operational and on-site assistance tailored to the evolving needs of the business.
On-Site and 2IC Support
Since inception, Katherine has provided on-site support services to address immediate business needs. Her support as 2IC is equally crucial, offering guidance and encouragement to management. Her ability to manage change in business and liaise with specialists further highlights her comprehensive skill set. In fact, early on, Katherine helped Adeco identify target markets and write introductory letters to the industry. Her work led to Adeco receiving requests for quotations exceeding $1.3 million within six months of inception, showing Katherine’s strategic skills. Her efforts also helped secure contracts, build repeat clientele, and establish professional networks.
Mentorship and Continuous Development
As a mentor, Katherine sees her role as a guide and support structure, helping management achieve their professional goals.
